[Spacewalk-list] problem activating the satellite: Local activation failure.

Hello boys ,
I would have need of your aid ,
I try to install spacewalk 0.3 for more time , i have read some howto for
the installations and for creating Certs , but i have some problems .

1- I have update my fresh installation of CentOS 5.2
2- I have installed Oracle 10g and created user
3- I have installed spacewalk via yum
4- I have generated GPG key
5- I have launched the command "#spacewalk-setup --disconnect"  , but this
return an error :

*# spacewalk-setup --disconnect

At this point i try to use "gen-oss-sat-cert.pl" , but this command not work
with this error :

* perl gen-cert.pl --dsn spacewalk/spacewalk at xe --signer D3RHH8Y --resign
template-eval.cert
