[Spacewalk-list] internal server error 500 when trying to upload packages.

Hi 
I get the following error when trying to upload my Centos package
directory:

Waiting 5 seconds and trying again...
Internal server error 500 Internal Server Error
Error pushing
/mnt/nfs/os/x86_64/centos/5/Update/CentOS/fonts-KOI8-R-1.0-9.1.1.noarch.
rpm: Error 500 (500)
Waiting 3 seconds and trying again...

Is there anywhere else I can look for errors? I am not sure what this
errors mean/implies.

I can connect to the database fine using sqlplus.
