It seems as if osa-dispatcher is either connecting to the wrong host, or 
c2s is still dying after it starts...  is there a listening port 5222? 
(If not, is there anything in the logs?)  Also, does the value of 
osa-dispatcher.jabber_server in /etc/rhn/rhn.conf look correct?
