I have an issue with a box on my network. Running rhn_check returns:

ERROR: refreshing remote package list for System Profile

I have seen this before and normally just resync with rhn-profile-sync
and all is well. That said when running the sync I get:

Updating package profile...
An error has occurred:

No other boxes on the network have this issue. I have tried
re-registering to no avail. I found a bug report
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=453832) which led me to
check my packages and sure enough I have the intel compiler installed on
that one box with the em64t arch.

Is there anyway to set those packages to be "ignored" since I will not
be managing them with Spacewalk?
