Mike,

To build a generic ISO with all of your kickstart profiles:

# cobbler buildiso —iso=/path/to/new/bootable.iso

To build an ISO for a specific system:

# cobbler system list
… name of system
… name of system

# cobbler buildiso --system <name of system> --iso=/path/to/new/bootable.iso

In general:

# man cobbler

Thanks!

Subject: [Spacewalk-list] create iso of existing spacewalk profile

I have an existing spacewalk kickstart profile that works just fine via PXE boot. Is there a simple way to create a bootable iso from that existing profile? I'll likely need to rebuild some servers that are not on a network that I can PXE boot from. I'd love to be able to mount an iso (through the server's remote console (DRAC)) and go from there.
