% So I checked the permission for the directory and finally set also:

% but the problem is still the same. So I ask Mr. google but I can not find a

Correct permissions are:
drwxr-xr-x. 22 root   root 4096 Feb 18 03:34 /var
drwxr-xr-x.  4 apache root 4096 Feb 18 05:09 /var/satellite
drwxr-xr-x.  3 apache root 4096 Feb 18 04:35 /var/satellite/redhat

You might also check /var/log/audit/audit.log for selinux AVC denial messages.
