upgrade from redhat 7.2

We have about 80 servers running RedHat 7.2 and since we need security 
updates for more than 1 year we are considering to upgrade to AS 3.0. Is 
it possible to upgrade from 7.2 without reinstalling all the system? I 
have tried with AS beta but the only option seems to be a full reinstall.
