Assorted bugs, nits and issues

Ok, if I tried to enter all of these manually into bugzilla I'd be there
for hours and some don't exactly fit.

1. Installation via serial console is broken.

Because the machine I had available for testing supported serial console
in the BIOS I decided I'd test that feature. The BIOS talked just fine to
Minicom and I got the line ISOLINUX ....... but since it then went into
framebuffer mode the BIOS console redirection ended at that point. So I
entered "linux console=ttyS0" on the keyboard/monitor and continued on
Minicom. Anaconda and minicom do not play well together at all.
Highlights don't and the cursor appears on the line below the highlighted
line on buttons/simple menus and below dropboxes, which combined by an
inability to highlight makes dropboxes unusable.

2. The thrashing between CD 2 and 3 has already been addressed on the
list.

3. OpenSSL and gnuplot appear on both Disc 1's

4. An "Everything" install does nothing of the sort. I have already
encountered as missing, but available: ImageMagic and (90% sure)
oprofile.

5. Most of the -devel packages are missing. To test completeness I tried
rebuilding everything. Took several passes of building what I could,
installing the -devel packages and repeating. This was especially fun
when I hit a circular dependency between gimp-print-devel and
ghostscript-devel. Including one of these would make it possible to build
without downloading extra packages.

6. skkdic, which is required to build dbskkd_cdb is not included.

7. pmake, which is required to build ash is not included.

8. Gtk-Perl and lynx are included as srpms and are required for building
other packages, but are not included as binaries.

9. nautilus and eog depend on libgsf, spec doesn't know about it.

10. db4 depends on tcl-devel, spec doesn't know about it.

11. bd4-java, which other packages have build dependencies on, is not
provided as a binary.

12. OpenOffice depends on Mozilla 1.2, but 1.4 is what is included in
RHEL now.

13. The following packages didn't build after working through the problems
above. Following each package's name is a short snip from the output of
the rebuild.
