Where are the rusers packages?

Where are the rusers packages gone?

We noted the rpc.rstatd server is missing on our Taroon (as/i386).
According to the rpmdb database, it should belong in the rusers-server
package

    schiphol> rpm -q rpmdb-redhat
    rpmdb-redhat-2.9.5-0.20030720
    schiphol> rpm --dbpath /usr/lib/rpmdb/i386-redhat-linux/redhat -qf /usr/sbin/rpc.rstatd
    rusers-server-0.17-31.1

But I don't find any rusers package anywhere.  What happened?
