Hang during shutdown

Before I log a bug against this, I thought I'd first check the list to 
see if anyone else had seen the problem.

When I shutdown either of my test servers, it hangs after displaying the 
"Shutting down eth0" message. If I manually shut down that interface 
first, I get a hang after the "Shutting down loopback" message. I can't 
find a mention of it in bugzilla.
