I've seen something similar with RH 9. I can do a rpmbuild --rebuild
kernel*src.rpm, and it works. But, installing the kernel-source, then doing
rpmbuild -bb kernel-2.4.spec fails miserably. I've never had a big enough
reason to track it down, but rather annoying.
