RHEL 3, beta1: complete installation

It looks like there is no easy (or possible) way to get a "complete
install" from any of the distributions any longer - if you pick AS or ES,
you will be missing the WS rpms, and vice-versa, right?
I assume that's why the 1st CD image is so small now and the list of
packages in the rhn channels has dropped by 2-300 since the previous
alphas.
How would one go about creating a complete installation of all packages -
WS and AS - on one machine?
There really should be an easy way to do this, if there isn't already that
I'm just missing.
