release schedule for Redhat EL 3

What is the planned release schedule for Redhat EL 3?

Please, try to be more precise than 'later this year'.
I am sure there is a roadmap for release with some scheduled dates.

For those of us who plan a Redhat deployment within the next five months,
it would be quite important to get an idea of scheduled release dates,
even when I am aware that any such information is not 100% reliable.
