Dan,

Can you get the card to work via a manual (non kickstart) network
installation?  What do your consoles tell you during the install
(tty[3-5])...any error messages.  You don't even have to complete the
install...just pop in the CD, boot the installer with parameters:

   linux askmethod

and select one of the network based installs (nfs, http, ftp).  If this
method properly pulls down a dhcp IP, then I would wager that your
kickstart file may be in error.  If not, then check your tty[3-5] for
dhcp errors.
