Shane,
No. I tried it out on my system, and it seemed fine. Just to make sure
we're doing the same thing, when you say "gnome file browser," just what
clicks did you make to invoke that?

I am seeing pretty poor Xwindows performance on our Dell Poweredge 2550
server running 3.0B1 Advance Server. The worst test case I have found is
opening up gnome file browser and displaying a directory with a lot of
files /dev works great. Performance gets so bad that the mouse cursor
will jerk and then freeze for a few seconds.
Anyone else seeing this issue?
Shane.
