RHEL 2.1 -> RHEL 3 upgrade

Hello,

I've read that owners of RHEL 2.1 will be entitled to upgrade to RHEL 
3.  My question is, HOW?  Will I get the CD's in the mail?  Will I have 
to chance my RHN setting to upgrade via up2date?  And also, when will 
this happen now that RHEL 3 is out?

I've emailed Red Hat's sales team... I'm pretty sure their /etc/aliases 
files contains something like "sales: /dev/null"  :-)
