It's not, that's something else.   However, I did notice a couple of 
likely looking settings when I was browsing through the possibilities 
for metacity in gconf-editor.   At least one of these is 
"rhel3-workarounds"!   I didn't know about gconf-editor; I'm always 
pleased when I find something new about Linux/Unix.
