Re: Slow RHN updates?

I've noticed several times that RHN is slow to report available
updates/errata. For example, I got emails this morning about new
versions of openmotif and the kernel, but they haven't shown up in RHN
yet.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is there anything that can be done about
it?

I'm seeing this on Fedora.
I try up2date -l but no updates show.
The red tick stays, even if I "check for updates".

Fedora will pick random mirrors to reduce the load on Red Hat's servers. If the mirror it picks hasn't updated yet, then up2date -l will report no updates even if some are available. Since RHN is hosted entirely by Red Hat, I don't think that's what's causing the delays that I'm seeing.

I should clarify regarding my original question - up2date -l lists the updates, but the web interface to RHN does not report that any updates are available, and I'd like to be able to use the web interface to schedule a batch update instead of using the command line.
