Does anyone know how to change the behaviour of the desktop such that :
1) If you have focus following mouse you need to click on the title
bar to bring it the front rather than allowing a click anywhere in the
window.
You can also ALT-click anywhere in the window.
2) When you click the title bar to do this it doesn't start thinking
you want to move the window.
This sounds very much like
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=109915 which
supposedly is fixed in quarterly update 4
A little while back I tried the metacity package from the beta channel
and it installed cleanly on my U3 system but broke vncviewer. Perhaps
there is some version dependency not expressed in the RPM, or another bug?
