Yes and that is entirely typical of anything required by Oracle Application
Server.  Oracle has not done any development of Oracle 11i Apps on RHEL3.
It was all done on AS 2.1 and they just claim it's certified on RHEL3 but
fail
to mention it requires a slew of rpm's from the 2.1 distro to get almost
anything to work. Good luck it has been one of our biggest headaches by far.

Those look like RHEL 2.1 rpms to me; "rh21.i386.rpm".
