RE: Problem install 2.4.28 kernel on RedHat ES 3.0



I am not sure.  I am just going by the recommendation of BRU tech
support and the web page http://www.linuxtapecert.org/kernel.html.

The server involved is a Dell 1750 and the tape drive is a Dell
PowerVault 100T (external).

When you say SCSI problems, are you referring to a specific tape driver,
SCSI card driver, the SCSI subsystem in general?
