What's up with Update 4?  Update 3 beta was announced on 7/21 and 
released 9/3.  Update 4 beta was announced 10/22 and still hasn't been 
released.

Any ideas what's going on?  Also notice RHN is down and I wonder if it's 
related:

"Red Hat Network will be offline for scheduled maintenance for 
approximately six (6) hours, beginning at 9pm Eastern U.S. time on 
December 14th.

Red Hat Network will be brought back online no later than 3am Eastern 
U.S. time on December 15th."
