is there any update to php for rhel-2.1 ?

 i'm very sorry about asking this question in this list but i couldn't find the right list
for rhel-2.1

i'm wondering if i can find any RC for the update to php, some people.redhat.com/<people>/

there is any special reason why that update was not avalible at the same time the RHEL-3's
update was ready?
