BadRAM patch

Hi,
By any chance, does anyone use BadRAM patch 
(http://rick.vanrein.org/linux/badram/) with RHEL 3 kernel ? better yet, is 
there an RPM (something unofficial/unsupported I guess) for this patch for 
RHEL 3 kernel ?

I ran memtest86 and it found 1 error in my 512 MB RAM. I don't really want to 
throw it away. 

I also don't see a BadRAM patch for linux-kernel-2.4.21. There are patches for 
2.4.20 and 2.4.22, so if I were to patch my kernel myself, I am not sure what 
to use.

/methink Redhat should support  BadRAM patch in RHEL kernel :)
