You might also checks some of the RHEL-rebuild projects (White Box, Tao,
etc.) to see if they have additional packages, which should usually be
compatible with RHEL.

As far as I know, Tao doesn't have any additional packages. If RHEL includes it, they'll have it. Nothing more. Nothing less.

I was thinking of the contrib stuff for cAos (not a *lot* there right now, but there is something), but I don't know if any of the other clones have anything similar.
