I'm not sure how a support contract with Red Hat gets you support from
Dell.  If you have Dell boxes call Dell, if you have OS issues, call Red
Hat.  Sometimes the lines blur, and that's where linux-poweredge and this
list some in handy.

I've seen similar things happen with Dell RAID controller problems.
That's where I'd place my money
