Specifically, our "level 3" tech support was purchased from Dell when the servers were purchased, to which redhat replied "call dell, your support is with them" .. *grumbles* I always hoped open source support wouldn't be as painful as proprietary support.

The real thing is finding out how/what's causing the problem.. My first instinct is to blame dell's lousy hardware, but I don't want to point the finger without good impirical evidence..
