On my full install compile RHEL3 machine, I do not have that file:

[chrismcc taroon32 chrismcc]$ ls -l /usr/lib/liblicense*
ls: /usr/lib/liblicense*: No such file or directory
[chrismcc taroon32 chrismcc]$ locate liblicense


Broken third party software?

what does rpm -qf /usr/lib/liblicense.so say?
