RE: Cluster Manager availability in Taroon

When I said already paid for I meant I already paid for the cluster suite
software. The point of what I was saying had nothing to do with using the
software. I could use White Box or Tao or just install what the Cluster
Suite is based on, kimberlite. My point was that I paid for the cluster
suite but cannot get support on it unless I buy a premium support contract
for RHEL. I think that tying support of one product to the support level of
another is a poor choice by Red Hat.

I would like to get the cluster suite up and running but I ran into a
problem with the power controllers. I can't get support for the cluster
suite, which I have bought, unless I buy RHEL 3 ES Standard support at 700
per server in the cluster. Now I have to decide if I should shell out the
extra 1400 for 2 testing servers or if I should just move on to White Box or
Tao.
