That's what i said. I had lockups (two) on this MSI Master <somthing>
dual-opteron too. Reverted back some notches (don't remember how many)
and didn't have any lockups after that, but the perios was not long
enought to make it sure (less than a week at least). The MSI-one is not
running the same installation anymore.

Unfortunately the Tyan-one is running now the upconming U3-stuff and so
on i can only monitor if that is NOT crashing anymore.

I'm running now the very same kernel. Time only will prove if it's
