openssl-perl seems to have dissappeared again.  IIRC, it wasn't shipped in
RHEL3 RTM but showed up in U1 or U2.  Maybe it's just a build problem but
the openssl package was upgraded for U3 Beta and there's no matching
openssl-perl.  I just grabbed the SRPM for openssl and built it myself.
