Network traffic doesn't count. According to the tinfoil hat paranoids who
maintain the random code, network traffic could in theory be subject to
attempts to inject known values into the entropy pool. Considering a)
they probably know more about that sort of thing than thee and me and b)
the mindbendingly horrible consequences if they are right, I'm not going
to fuss about it.
