I guess no (as all RH tools are now working on 2.2), but I can't
speak for RH.
But: I made a package that can be installed *additional* to python 2.2.x
(with a similar method as was used in the past with python 1.5 and
python 2.2 - the basic hooks were already in the spec file ;-)).
I did not yet publish this, as it needs some more testing etc., but we
used it for running Zope and Plone (that needs Python 2.3) and that
seems to work fine.
