Cluster Power Switches

I'm setting up a two-node cluster with hardware power switches (WTI
TPS-2). I was wondering if there was any benefit in having the switches
on a dedicated subnet with secondary NICs in each server?

For example, the regular subnet would be 192.168.1.x, and then you would
throw in two separate NICs in each server and label them 192.168.200.x and
put the power switches on that subnet instead of the 1.x.

Is there any benefit in doing it this way, or should I just throw
everything all on the same subnet?

Thanks,
Chris
