WTI TPS-2 Power Switches

I'm setting up a two-node cluster running RHEL AS 3.0 with the Cluster
Suite software. I'm having a problem getting the cluster software to
communicate correctly with the power switches. I've contacted Red Hat
support (AS Premium Support on both servers) and its been two weeks and
they haven't come up with anything.

This is what happens when you run the clufence command as a test...

root compass root# clufence -s ranger
[1201] info: STONITH: wti_nps at 192.0.80.20, port 23 controls ranger
[1201] info: STONITH: wti_nps at 192.0.80.21, port 23 controls compass
[1201] err: STONITH: Device at 192.0.80.20 controlling ranger FAILED status
check: Bad configuration

In /var/log/messages...

The cluster itself works fine, except for automatic failover and
everything related because of this.

root ranger root# clustat
Cluster Status - samba_cluster

  compass Active

  cluster1 disabled (None) 11:54:04 Jun 10 0 0

Each server can telnet to the power switches no problem and run commands
on them.

Anyone have any ideas on this? Has anyone ever gotten this to work?

Thanks,
Chris
