HA tools in RHEL AS 3?

I'm a bit confused, do I still have to purchase the cluster suite product
in order to use packaged HA tools or does RHEL AS 3 come with some
sort of basic cluster manager by default? Yes I know I can set up LVS but
I'd rather use something pre-packaged from Redhat if possible.

Thanks for any info!
