Did you get any errors when you installed it? There is a bug which stops
one package, and it might be dbca, installing from the 9.2.0.4 linux cds.
I believe there is a patch, or you can make /oradata a symbolic link to
somewhere with lots of free space, that the id you are installing under
can write to.
