RFC2385 support in latest RHEL kernel?

Hello...
I looked at the kernel.spec and didn't see anything.
Did the RFC2385
http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=244232 patch, or
something like it, get included in the kernel. This is for MD5 checking
of peer data support using BGP (quagga/zebra)
