RHEL 3 on Promise SX4000 Rooted drives?

Hello all!!

I searched the sx4000linux yahoogroups com archives for RHEL, but only 
found one (not too promising) post about (not) getting the Promise SX4000 
to work under RHEL 3.

Has anybody been able to install RHEL 3 on Promise SX4000 Rooted drives?

I'm semi-adventurous, not in a HUGE hurry, and my machine is "wanting to 
dual boot" - ie, I have XP running on one, MoBo IDE connected drive & a 
RAID 1 Pair just pining for a RHEL install.

I see there is a

module for Linux 2.4.21 (Vanilla)(Sources dated 16.June 2003)" available on 
the Promise SX 4000 IDE RAID 5 Controller + Linux page,

I would love to hear your experience if you've tried this setup.
