OpenLDAP broken in QU3

Just a heads up to folks that the version -15 packages of OpenLDAP in 
QU3 that were pushed out tonight don't seem to be working.  I was unable 
to access my existing data on either of the boxes that received this 
update.  Rolling back to the -11 packages solved the problem.
