I've practically begged IBM on multiple occasions via multiple channels 
to let me publish this in a RedPaper or otherwise make it available to 
their customers, but they don't seem to care.  This despite the fact 
that they have a detailed installation document for AS 2.1 available, so 
it isn't as though this is a foreign concept.  So, I just keep 
forwarding my info on via word-of-mouth after they've wasted several 
days of their own time.  Kinda depressing, really.  :-(
