URGENT: System reboots when copy to shared storage RHAS3 U2

Hi all,
We have installed a test environment with 2 RHAS3 U2
(with latest updates). We need to test an Oracle 9i
(9.2.0.5).
The problem is when we try to copy files to a shared
stoge. When the copy of archives reaches 1 GB, the
node from which the copy is made reboots. Samples:
Copy from local disk to disk on shared storage: system
reboots.
Copy from network to disk on shared storage: copy OK.
Copy from local disk to another partition on local
disk: copy OK.
The SCSI controller is a HP NetRAID-2M. Some

Please is very urgent: how can i solve this problem??
Can I put some buffer access disk options on megaraid
module???
