Please don't top-post.
Have you considered upgrading the firmware on your Netraid? 1.08 seems
rather old. Latest drivers seldom work properly with old firmware and
Redhat is doing a good job keeping the megaraid2-driver up-to-date.
If the problem still persists, set up netdump and open up a bugzilla
entry.
