I actually have a call open with redhat regarding some panics on RHEL
that existed before U3 but got worse on U3. I called HP today and was
pointed to a BIOS update that patches some Xeon errata that can cause
kernel panics.
The BIOS revision history for DL360 G3:

You might want to check with your hardware vendor to see if there is a
new BIOS with this update.
