If you're not already using RHEL3U3 installation disks, I would highly
advise doing so. Additionally, the 'linksleep' kernel option helped me
when doing an NFS install via a tg3. I used something similiar to:
linux askmethod linksleep=60
Using kickstart you'd want to replace askmethod with the appropriate
options, but that should get you started on your way.
