Do the other people who have recently seen kernal panics on U3 (2.4.21-20.ELsmp kernel) also run the audit daemon?

I happen not to run audit, on the only one 'test machine' I have updated to 2.4.21-20.ELsmp but I dare not update the production machines yet.
