preliminary info about RHEL 4?

Cobbled together from various Red Hat people, I've heard:

    - RHEL 4 will tentatively be based on FC 3
    - RHEL 4 may (?) have SELinux
    - the tentative target date is sometime in 2005

For long-term planning purposes, is there any further information
(tentative, of course) that anyone from Red Hat can divulge?
