kernel upgrade

Dear all,

My current kernel version is 2.4.21-4.EL in order to
install Domino i need to have a kernel which is
greater than 2.4.21-6.EL. In order to do that i got
the source kernel-2.4.21-20.EL.src.rpm   and used
rpmbuild -ba. It has created the following 

kernel-BOOT-2.4.21-20.EL.i386.rpm      
kernel-doc-2.4.21-20.EL.i386.rpm
kernel-debuginfo-2.4.21-20.EL.i386.rpm 
kernel-source-2.4.21-20.EL.i386.rpm

How do i go about installing the 2.4.21-20.EL kernel
or even how can i get it built.
