kernel security patch for taroon

hi,
i was wondering if anyone knows a working kernel security patch for taroon?
grsec, rsbac, selinux, none of them have RHE kernel version and
because of the NPTL patch i cannot compile a vanilla kernel since
there isn't any 2.4.27 NPTL patch.
