HP has good and bad components. On the SAN side of things, they've
decided to give up on SecurePath and worked with Qlogic to provide a
driver that actually works with EVA storage. This works well and
requires *NO* software from HP at all.

On the storage management side of things, their software sucks big time
- fat java clients that are a pain in the butt to install and have tight
kernel requirements (which are probably not required in the first
place). However, HP is replacing Storage Area Manager so we'll see what
the new suite looks like. HP is partnering with AppIQ for this.
